How It Works

Dry ice blasting essentially involves the spraying of co₂ pellets at an extremely high speed onto a surface that you are looking to have clean. As a result, the freezing temperature sticks to your debris, grease or paint causing it to crack and loosen. Once the dry ice pellets reach the surface, they perform small explosions as it transforms from a solid to gas. It then breaks away and removes any unwanted material.

Unlike sandblasting or pressure washing there is no leftover residue to clean up. Considering the dry ice pellets are basically vaporized once they have hit the surface, there is not much to worry about except cleaning the material you had removed. Plus, since its an environmentally safe cleaning method. There is less concern about polluting the air quality within your home or working environment.
